Your body’s main methods of waste clearance are by urination and stool passing. Some waste will pass out through sweat glands and body odor will occur when too much waste is emitted by sweat glands. Places like arm pit and groin areas which are full of sweat glands are the main culprit of body odor. Keeping those areas clean and dry would be a good idea to avoid embarrassing moments in life.

Your internal organs like liver and kidney will not have a chance to do its job, hence more toxic waste will accumulate and spread to different parts of the body. When there are too much toxic to bare in your body, some of the waste is forced to be emitted through your sweat glands, causing bad odor on your body.

Your body will start the self healing process after 11PM. So the best time to go to sleep is between 10:00 to 10:30 PM. By 11:00 PM you will be in deep sleep which is the ideal condition for your body to detox itself.

Eating heavy meals after 8:00pm is extremely bad for your body’s digestive system, because your internal organs will be less active during sleep and the undigested food stored in stomach and intestines will turn bad and creates toxic waste which causes unwanted body odor.

The best time to eat dinner is between 5:00 to 7:00PM because it will give your body ample time to digest the food before sleep at 10:30PM. If condition allows, the best practice is to consume multiple small portions of food during the day ( each portion should not exceed the size of your palm). This not only put less stress on your digestive system but also keep them active the whole day which makes you feel more fresh and alert as well.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your body is dehydrated and hunger for protein when you wake up in the morning. Running low on energy while going to work will over stress your body and forcing it to malfunction.

Prolonged consequences of skipping breakfast will cause thyroid and pituitary glands distress and  endocrine disorder. This may also lead to bad body odor sometimes.

The best practice is to hydrate your body by drinking a big glass of water before breakfast. And take more carbohydrate food as it will turn into energy faster than protein food does. It will provide you with the immediate energy needed to go to work in the morning.

The common “Otakus” and office dwellers who lacks of exercises are most likely the victims of this category. They eat very little and their choice of food is very limited and unhealthy. Lacking of high grain food and regular exercise will cause your stomach, intestine and liver function to deteriorate quicker than usual. The improperly broken down food left in your body will create more toxic than you could imagine. While your body’s self cleaning system is not doing its job effectively, the left over toxic in your body will be forced out together with your perspiration, forming a “force field” that keeps all your friends away.

Another possible cause is that your daily meals only consist of meat like lamb and beef and some spices like curry which has a very strong scent. Prolonged consumption will also cause body odor.

In order to have a better and heather body, you need to workout regularly and consume more vegetables and less meat. Always refer to the food pyramid when choosing your daily meals.
